My 1:1 running programmes are written specifically for you.
You may want to begin your first 5k or complete an ultra marathon- no client of mine is the same.
How will your programme look?
Your programme will begin with a call- this will be a discussion talking all things you and . The more I can understand about you the better- running should fit into your lifestyle and not there to be your enemy.
From here your goals will be set and you will be sent a weekly programme to see you to race day.

Not sure on how to train your nutrition during your runs? Don't worry this is all covered in the programme.

We will check in together through the week via text or call.

It is important to adapt training to how your body is feeling and not only fitness level.
Are you female? Your menstrual cycle and hormones will impact your training whether it is positively or negatively it doesn't matter. It is important to recognise and adjust.

Have a holiday or life event coming up? Thats ok- just let me know and I will programme around this.

Whether you can commit to 3 or 6 days a week of running, together we can make a plan to put you in the best possible position to execute your goals.

Running and Strength training can be a powerful combination when prescribed appropriately.
​
Running can be a harsh and high impact movement on the body, your body must deal with 2.5 to 3 times its body weight with every single stride.
Strength training is a great way support the body to prevent injury and enhance performance whilst also being a supplement to running.
Single leg movements, core stability and upper body strength work will build you a strong bio-mechanic base fit for running!
