My 1:1 personal training is an exclusive service that is tailored to you.
60 minutes of quality, moving correctly and efficiently towards your goals.
Where do you begin- You will be invited for an initial consultation where we will go through some movement and mobility work.
We will talk through your goals and what you are wanting to get out of your training, I will then be able to advise what type of training would work best for you. From here I will build a programme that will be ready for you at the start of each 1:1 session.
Along the journey of your training blocks we will have regular catch-ups to ensure you are progressing in the direction you set out to.
Don’t have much time to train? - Thats OK!
We will build this into your programming and set achievable targets for the time you have. Whether it is once, twice or three times a week do not worry- I operate on a quality over quantity approach, leaving you feeling trained and not drained after each session.
Each week / session we will work through your programme.
During your session I will ensure you are moving correctly and getting the full potential out of each movement. Your goals are always at the focal point of training.
No matter what level of fitness you are at, my training style can always be scaled to your current ability and needs. If you’re pre/post surgery or looking to tap into your performance or even your first time training then I can personalise a programme for you!
