Hi, I'm Will Hague-Blundy 

 

I offer a fresh and fun approach to strength & running coaching, whilst getting the best out of you and most importantly getting you the results you want. 

 

I have been coaching for 8 years plus and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in coaching 1-2-1 and in group settings. Having coached young athletes to every day people with a wide range of abilities, I can tailor the sessions to your individual needs and build progression throughout your training which will lead to positive results. 

 

Being a sportsman all my life and having played rugby to a decent level I understand how important it is to move correctly and avoid injury’s where possible. I have picked up a few injuries over the years of sport with a few ACL knee reconstructions and AC shoulder reconstruction just to name a few so I can appreciate the rehabilitation process and what it takes to get back stronger and fitter than before. 

 

I believe an engaging and stimulating method of coaching is the best way to learn and find longevity in your training which is why I will never progress you too fast but only when you’re ready.

I've been strength training with Will for just over a year, following a recommendation from a friend and definitely feel fitter and stronger.
